As the pace of life increases, more and more people are seeking treatment for their symptoms of stress. While we can cope with short periods of stress, you will need to seek treatment if you feel continuously under stress over a long period of time. We have devised a program for the treatment of stress, which lasts for 12 weeks, and includes relaxation music and psychological techniques for each week. In the 21st. century, stress is on the increase as we try to cope with problems such as work overload, job insecurity, meeting tight deadlines, and trying to maintain a balance between work and family life. If such problems are unremitting in our daily lives, it becomes difficult to relax and we can get into a vicious circle as the resulting stress begins to affect our performance in every task, in turn causing further anxiety. The first symptoms of stress are poor concentration, irritability, disturbed sleep, and drinking excess coffee or alcohol. If stress persists and is not treated, it can lead to more significant health problems, such as migranes, weight loss, rapid or erratic pulse rate, chest pains, and even feelings of self-harm or suicidal thoughts. You should seek professional treatment if you think that your symptoms of stress make you feel irritable, angry and frustrated every day, you think that your relationships are becoming strained, your sex drive is diminished, or if you are developing feelings of self-loathing develop and lack of self-worth. But don't panic if you feel that stress is starting to get the better of you. Your symptoms are manageable and you will recover with the assistance of our highly skilled therapists. We have devised a program for the treatment of stress, using a combination of asian and western philosophies, and we will teach you how to meditate while listening to our specially prepared relaxation music. |

The benefits of meditation are a lowering of the heart rate and muscle tension, a lessening of stress hormone secretion and a reduction in blood pressure. Meditation affects the body in exactly the opposite ways that stress does, restoring the body to a calm state, helping the body to repair itself, and preventing new damage due to the physical effects of stress. Your mind also clears and your creativity increases.
If you do decide to ask for our assistance, first of all we will ask you to complete a confidential questionnaire. This will enable us to assess your needs, and decide whether the stress relief program will be sufficient to relieve your symptoms, or whether we should offer you individual support through our personal therapy program. Our program costs $99 and runs for 12 weeks. After you have enrolled in the program, we will send you an ebook (in PDF format) and music files which you can download. The ebook will tell you which psychological techniques are to be followed during the week and how to listen to the music. In total there are 12 Musical Pieces, each of approximately 5 minutes duration, so there would be a different piece of music for each week of the program.
